Neat, modern rooms with the bathroom as well as less view, amazing position. Location next to Empire State Building / restaurant and many stores and restaurants and Times Square and midtown.

Rubbish in the room.

I greatly enjoyed 4 nights in this property. It was immaculately clean, staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The room I booked was outstanding and new-fashioned with less view, the bathroom and really storage as expected. A shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets was a plus. Location: the hotel was close to Empire State Building, the nightclub and the rooftop and subway.

The hotel was pretty, I thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the city view. My room was neat and fairly quiet, had smoke detectors for safety measures. The staff was supper friendly and pretty friendly and gave some great recommendations. The location was favourable as for me, adjacent to Empire State Building/restaurant as well as New York. Manhattan district was worth staying in.

The bed was small, that's my bad luck.

Comforts of a double room were fabulous - a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a refrigerator.

Also, location was magnificent and incredible, not too far away from a long-standing department store. The room was GOOD-sized and with less view. And the room's amenities were great.

Sadly, but there was rubbish in some areas.

Favourable and stunning location at a moderate distance from a public park. Amazing rooms with less view and the bathroom and really storage, always really friendly staff.

I enjoyed the room with less view, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Coffee & tea making machines and a fridge were available too.

Incredible & reasonably spacious rooms with the bathroom and less view, as for instance. Outstanding meals with excellent drinks. Central location, not very far from A 102-Story Art Deco Skyscraper.

The rooms with less view. Plenty of options, outstanding food. Marvellous location, at walking distance from a multi-purpose indoor arena. Staff was really good, and facilities were great here.

No pool.

The staff were attentive and helpful, the hotel facilities were great, and the location was perfect. I could easily walk or take the subway to Time Square and many other areas of the city.

The location is perfect for party people - easy access to anywhere by walking or subway. The room design is quirky but nice, very clean with a great shower. The staff is really friendly and they offer early check-in with no extra charge. The hotel has strong wifi, great TV options, and comfortable beds.

Felt completely satisfied, no reason to complain.
